Return Policy New product may be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in the original package including all software, manuals, and cables. Items under warranty will be repaired or replacement, no refunds. Software is not covered under the warranty. Processors, Memory, Motherboards and Software Cannot be returned under any circumstances. The warranty for the processor will be honored by the manufacturer, not Laptops & More. We suggest that you let us do the upgrade for the compatibility issues. again no returns on Processors, Memory, Motherboards and Software. Motherboards May be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund as long as it remains in the original packaging and all of the factory seals are still intact. Opened Motherboards or Power Supplies may be returned within 5 days of purchase for in-store credit only. A 25% testing/restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. No refund whatsoever will be given if the Motherboard or Power Supply is found to be defective due to improper installation or use. Returns on Purchases Made by Check Will only have the option of receiving an in-store credit. No refund will be given. No exceptions. Warranty Information The Manufacturer, not Laptops & More, will honor all Manufacturer warranties. New Computers New Computers have a limited One Year Warranty. The warranty covers all hardware included with the computer and installed by Laptops & More at the time of purchase. Software is NOT covered under warranty. Laptops & More will provide technical service for software repair, but there will be a labor fee. Tampering with or changing the hardware of the computer will void its warranty. New Computers cannot be returned, only repaired or replaced at Laptops & More’s discretion. Extended warranties can be purchased, ask your Salesperson for details. (You must have your original invoice for Warranty Service) Service All service work is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Typically this is done within a 3-5-business day turnaround. Rush service is available for $25 and will guarantee same or next day service. Laptops & More is not responsible for the loss of data that may occur during a repair process. Computers that have not been picked up by their owner within 30 days of the service order date will become Laptops & More property and will be liquidated to recover Laptops & More’s expenses. There will be a bench fee for a minimum of $37.50 for testing any hardware that is not covered under warranty. No guarantee is placed on any repair due to the nature of computers. However, we will offer assistance within 30 days of the repair at our discretion. Damaged Items Damaged items resulting from improper storage, handling, inadequate static protection, improper installation, fire, and or product modifications will not be considered our liability and will not be covered under Laptops & More warranty. Product that has a burned look or smell will not be exchanged or refunded. Manufacturer Specifications Laptops & More is not responsible for manufacturer misrepresentation of products, including but not limited to specifications, compatibility, and documentation of any product. We are not responsible for device incompatibility. Please be sure to check the compatibility of any hardware you purchase. Invoiced Orders Laptops & More will not be held responsible for any invoiced order after it has left our facilities. This includes but is not limited to, missing or damaged products. We will investigate shorted, missing, or damaged items but this does not guarantee automatic replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the order is complete and accurate before leaving our facilities. Net Terms (For approved accounts only) By signing our invoice (front or back), the customer agrees to pay the full amount within the net term. If net is not paid within due date, the account holder agrees to be assessed a 1.5% service charge daily. A 5% charge is due after 30 days. If net goes 30 days past due, customer agrees to pay any/all service charges assed and any legal/collection fees required to collect debt. Please do not make any purchases unless you agree to these terms and conditions.
