WARRANTY & RETURN INFORMATION

By bidding on this item, you are entering a legally binding contract to purchase this item for the final auction price, from Laptops & More. By bidding, you are also fully accepting all policies and procedures mentioned in this auction. Your PayPal account must be either verified or confirmed. If it is not, your payment will be denied. We stand behind our products and will either repair or replace any defective items. The warranty period is 30 days for laptops and 14 for desktops, unless stated otherwise in the product details section of the auction. This warranty period starts the day UPS delivers it. If you receive the laptop/desktop and the box is damaged or you open the box and find the laptop/desktop has some sort of physical damage other than mentioned in the auction, you need to file a claim with UPS and notify us immediately.

Although many things mentioned below are specific to Laptop Computers, all other general information pertains to Laptops and/or Desktops.

BATTERIES - The BATTERY may or may not be good. Due to the large volume we sell, we do not test any laptop batteries and therefore the battery life will not be covered by any warranty.

LCD SCREEN - LCD's (screens) have an industry acceptable amount of bad/stuck pixels directly from the factory when they are brand new. We make every effort to divulge bad/stuck pixels if noticed, but due to the industry wide acceptance, we cannot guarantee or warranty any LCD with bad/stuck pixels.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY - Some items we sell come to us in large wholesale lots. Many are still new in box with original warranty paperwork. We cannot guarantee the original manufacturer will still honor their warranty and our warranty is stated above.

"BUYER's REMORSE" - We do not accept returns for compatibility issues or buyer's remorse and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Be sure to read the entire listing to be sure you are aware of every detail before bidding on/purchasing any item. Please contact us with any questions or concerns beforehand.

EXAMPLES: We are not responsible for issues such as drivers not installed or installed incorrectly, and/or any other software issues. Examples of such issues are: but not limited to: can't connect to internet because a modem driver or ISP software is not installed.; wireless card won't connect; unit won't play music due to not having an up to date media player; laptop's performance/speed is not what you expected even though the laptop is working properly, etc.. The winning bidder is responsible for purchasing/obtaining, installing, and configuring software and/or other items that are required for the laptop to perform desired functions.

We test devices for functionality and insure all connected ports, drives, and other devices are in working order, this does not guarantee that the end user will not have to take additional action to make said items perform as desired. These and many other issues are examples of buyer's remorse as stated above. We will do all we can to assist you in any problems you may encounter but as stated previously,

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.

RMA DETAILS - In the event that your item does need to be returned for repair, we are not responsible for any data that may have been installed or saved on the Hard drive, including programs, pictures, documents, etc. At any time, we may need to reinstall windows for diagnostic purposes and in any case, all user data will be destroyed. We will not recover your data and we are not responsible for any data left on the laptop when it is returned to us. All customer data should have been backed up prior to the laptop being sent back. We are not responsible for any monetary losses incurred while laptop is being repaired, including but not limited to, shipping charges or lost income, etc.

Any Item returned for repair or replacement must be returned in the same condition and packaging that it was received. All items must be returned with all the original contents and components. You must receive prior approval for any return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number for all returns. This number must be written on the outside of the box. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned without an authorization number. Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We will pay the shipping charges to return the replacement to you. Items must be returned before any replacement is processed.
