No, unfortunately, we are NOT currently set up to ship anywhere other than the continental United States. We do hope to
accommodate international buyers in the future.
Will you ship to my P.O. box?
No, our shipping carrier is UPS and they do not ship
to P.O. boxes and also, due to the value of most of
our items, the item must be Signed for.
I live close to Florence, KY, can I pick up my item?
Yes, we do allow local pickup.
We no longer charge a fee but we must have advanced
notice in order to transfer your item to our retail
store.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer PayPal, but we also accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Per EBay Policy, no other forms of payment are
allowed. This means NO Checks or Money Orders.
Will you combine shipping charges?
Our
shipping rates are very competitive. We will
sometimes combine shipping charges, but this is at
our discretion. Please ask before bidding.
What if I
accidentally make a wrong bid or I accidentally bid on the wrong item?
We will not cancel accidental bids.
Are these computers refurbished?
Refurbished is a term used loosely by many of our competitors. Our
interpretation of refurbished means that the item has been thoroughly cleaned and tested by the
original manufacturer and usually looks brand new. Our computers are OFF-LEASE or USED. We
do thoroughly test them and clean them as much as
possible, without disassembling them. They will show signs of
normal use and if we notice a flaw that is considered more than "normal" wear, we will mention it in our ad under "Product Condition".
What if I
receive my item and wish to return it?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns. We will repair or replace your item within the warranty period.
Does my item have a warranty?
Most of our Laptops carry a 30 day warranty and our desktops carry a
60 day warranty, unless there is a different warranty specifically stated in the ad/auction. This warranty starts on the day UPS delivers the item to you and ends immediately on the last day of the warranty period, NO EXCEPTIONS.
